I welcome the opportunity to discuss your business needs and ideas. During our initial contact, I will ask general questions about your business, the types of tasks with which you need assistance, and a little about you. I am happy to meet with you, in person, to discuss any concerns, and to get acquainted with one another. When you are comfortable with moving forward – congratulations! You’ve made the right decision – Opt to Organize.
OPT TO ORGANIZE
Whether it’s creating a chart of accounts for the general ledger, opening and sorting the pile of mail on your desk, catching up on unpaid bills, setting up payroll, or building your website, I will get it organized. Initially, while in the implementation phase, we will spend more time together, to ensue we are in agreement with the strategy. As we become more organized, thereby transitioning to the maintenance phase, our time together will decrease. Keep in mind, I will always be available, if needed.
I utilize productivity applications like Dropbox, TurboScan, Google Apps, Skype (if needed), text messaging, email, and mobile phones just to name a few. In addition, I am always open to new technologies.
PRICING AND PAYMENT
I understand the budget constraints of small businesses, therefore I keep my prices affordable and fair.
- No start-up fees
- No formal contracts
- No cancellation fees
- Same flat rate regardless of specialty
- 20% discount for the first calendar month (or 4 weeks) of service. Depending on how fast you would like things to move, the initial time I spend is anywhere from 15-20 hours a week.
Most of my clients who benefit from my bookkeeping, on average, spend less than $500/month. Keep in mind that this number differs depending on the tasks involved (e.g., payroll, accounts payable, accounts receivable, inputting new customers, phone calls, etc.). Clients who benefit from my website creation, on average, spend $1000 (I have details on what this includes). Website maintenance varies depending on the number of edits per month.
Invoices are emailed to clients weekly and are due upon receipt. Weekly invoice detail each individual task and the date that task was performed.
